Cataract, what is Cataract? A cataract is a clouding of the lens inside the eye which may result in poor vision. In most cases, cataracts forms as a result of ageing and long-term exposure to ultraviolet light.
Cataract is usually a gradual lost of vision is defined as loss of vision which had come gradually over the course of weeks or months rather than minutes, hours or few days. Generally, there are a few factors that may contribute to gradual vision loss such as cataract, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and etc.
