Collection date 

Collection date is just a tentative date that the company sets. We would try our best to fulfill that date. In an event, when we cannot meet the said date, we would not be responsible for the delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, politics, traffic, supplier delays or courier service.


Customer FAQ: When will my glasses arrive? 
Each pair of glasses is made up for your individual prescription. Once we have reviewed your prescription and have all the details we need, we can process your order. Most optical orders take around one week to process, while more customized lenses and prescription sunglasses usually take about two weeks. Once your glasses is ready for collection you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.  


My frames don’t fit perfectly, what should I do? 

If your frames don’t fit properly or you have any other concerns, feel free to drop into any of our boutiques or email us so we can help. Links to each of our locations and we are always happy to help in-store. However, if this is not convenient please call us at Uptown 0377280228 Subang 0356313328 or email or and we will arrange for a return or advise on options to ensure you get the perfect fit.


1 Hour Prescription Lenses Services

As you already known, Malaya Optical is a Professional Optometric Eyecare Clinic. Moreover, we do NOT provide 1hour prescription lenses services. Why? That means we would have to keep 10,000 of a single type of prescription lens just to fulfill this order. What does that mean? These lenses are really cheap. Most likely, the coating has already peeled or lens yellowing as it has been sitting at our retail stores for years. Secondly, we don’t round up or match your prescription base on the stock availability of our prescription lenses. We do not compromise on your prescription base on ability to sell you a 1-hour service. Ask our Optometrist and they will tell you more.
